If the Switch 2 has a supply issue and passthecontroller cannot get one by December 31, 2025, the winner will instead receive a gift card with an approximate equal value.
There is no need to buy it. It is invalid if prohibited by law. The prize will begin at 10am on March 26th, 2025 and end at 5pm on April 23rd, 2010. It is publicly available to legal residents of 50 US states and Washington, DC and has an internet access and a valid email address.
