You can find two NPCs that meet these requirements at the following locations:
Black Rose is a supply specialist and Jade is a Medic Specialist. Heading towards these places, you should be able to see black and white audio bubbles pop up as you approach them that’s right Where are they?
With these types of Assisting NPCS, it costs 500 bars to hire them, as usual. When you do, they chase you, provide you with backup fire, and provide you with supplies.
If you arrive at these locations and realize that the NPCs are not found anywhere, they may have already been snapped by other players. (It’s a weekly quest, so others are trying to complete it after all.) If you’re trying to explicitly finish this weekly quest, I recommend dropping it in these exact locations, grabbing weapons nearby, and snapping the NPCs before anyone else does.
