Turn-based RPGs won’t get much hype unless they’re made by Square Enix. However, the hype is due to Claire’s obscurity: Expedition 33; a debut project from French studio Sandfall Interactive.
The upcoming RPG will be released on consoles and PC on April 24th, but there will be an early access edition where you can play the game a few days in advance. When can I play it accurately? These are the questions we answer today.
Clair Obscur: Early access and when you can play Expedition
Will Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 be available through early access? The short answer is: Unlike other major game releases, publisher Kepler Interactive hasn’t created a high-rise version of the game that can be played before, just like most major game releases today.
This is an amazing move considering the game is available in different editions. The base game, Digital Deluxe Edition ($59.99), Lumiere Edition ($69.99), and Collector’s Edition are available in the standard edition ($49.99), which sold out for several months.
