Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive are officially dating Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s Horde-Like mode. It is known as Siege Mode and will debut on June 26th. All players are free, but the public test server will be available on PC on June 4th. Check out the teaser trailer below.
The goal of the siege is simple. It withstands the waves and waves of tyranids and chaos enemies. You can earn points on each wave and spend it on Medicasetim, equipment fees, ammunition, or AI-controlled Astartes. Dreadnought can also be used to help bring chaos. At least until the biotitans of hierophant appear to ruin your life.
Up to three players can jump into the siege, but a solo option may be available. It is unclear whether multiple difficulty levels or rewards are available, so please look forward to more details.
