One fan who posted to Reddit under the name Sad-NeedleWorker-590 posted a trailer for himself, using in-game cutscenes, audio lines from the game, and several clips of footage taken from his own game. The final result is cold. Some of the shots of a lonely Heldy Bar jogging past the bloody red sunset and preparing to face off against the Striders at the Automaton Factory gave me goosebumps. It also has some fantastic action scenes, cut short enough to give you a thrilling glimpse into Heldy Bar’s action-packed deadly life.
The trailer took about four days to put it together. “Because I like Heldy Bar, because the forgotten feelings of good video games have returned to me,” Sad-NeedleWorker-590 told passthecontroller in a direct message. “Even though you use the same game mechanics for every mission, it’s really fun to play with random people and friends. The game looks really good. Each shot is a masterpiece of the movie.”
I also enjoy following Martechi on YouTube, which creates Warhammer 40K and Works. Helldivers 2 Space along with his own setting. Martechi creates videos that appear to be present in a theoretical and highly ambitious update from Arrowhead itself. Using his user ID and the mechanical context of the super destroyer HUD, the universe battle in this film between Automata and Illuminati looks realistic enough to trick careless observers.
Some fans don’t mind fighting the Illuminates, but YouTuber EPG-6 has created an animation called “Showdown.” In this animation, the Heldy Bar uses hatch and shield to face the Lighting Overlord directly. I absolutely hate fighting the overlord because they can take so many shots, so it’s satisfying to watch with such a tense conflict with Heldivar.
Lumis Entertainment is another YouTube channel with an attractive teaser for upcoming projects. One video is called Helldivers 2-teaser And you can get a glimpse into upcoming animation fan films. Called with longer crossover animations Helldivers 40,000Heldivars are on rocks against the approaching end herd. If hope is lost, the drop pods arrive and bring the Space Marines. As a fan of both franchises, I feel comfortable agreeing that these two will become famous.
In addition to knowing that Arrowhead itself is less involved in the production, there is no news for upcoming films. “We’re not Hollywood people. We don’t know what it takes to make a movie,” said Johan Pilestedt, creative director at Arrowhead Game Studios, in January. PlayStation Productions and Sony Pictures are at the helm, but if these fan creations prove something, the gameplay can be well converted into cinematic snippets.
