The Outer Worlds 2

Developer Obsidian Entertainment appears to be paying attention to complaints about parts of the text The outside world. At the time, the game was criticized for overusing comedy tone, despite its overall dark setting. In an interview with PCGAMER, Outer World 2 Game Director Brandon Adler acknowledges that the original game “may become one note at times” when it comes to writing and approaching comedy.

Adler said he wanted to bring in more types in writing. Outer World 2. “I want to give players something new from it, so they don’t feel like, ‘Oh, we’re just running the same type of jokes, the same type of content, the same type of ideas and themes over and over again,” he said.

He said players will find that there is less stupidity Outer World 2And it generally says, there is a dark tone to think about when compared to the original game. This was primarily born from Leonard Boyalsky, previously co-creation director of the Outerwiles, along with Fallout creator Tim Cain.

“You’ll notice that there’s a bit of a bit of a stupid, dark tone to come out, and that’s mostly for Leonard,” Adler said. “He’s pushing things more like that because that’s his kind of vibe. And I think even the overall story feels a bit bleak at what’s going on there.”

But for players that may be afraid Outer World 2 Adler over-corrected it to be too dark and serious, and stated that humor can be found very easily in future titles.

“We still wanted to make sure we had the same feeling as the first one, so when players interact with different factions, they can also see that ridiculous humor,” Adler explained. “Hopefully it’s a bit ridiculous and much more ridiculous.”
