Sony launched a new PlayStation Store sale this week called the “Multivers of Games” promotion. With over 2,000 items being discounted, it is difficult to pinpoint what the best deal is.
There are only a handful of AAA games discounts, but if you have a budget and want to play something new, we’re just there. Below are some of the best deals on the sale for just under $2.
If you’re interested in trading, be sure to move on as it will only be live until June 4th.
New PSN Store Sale in May has some great $2 deals
Here are five games worth checking out at prices under $2. Of course, the mileage may vary, as preferences are still subjective (YMMV).
Agents of Mayhem ($1.99) – Store Link
Agent of Mayhem will carry out a no-hold ban operation against the shadowy Super Urin organization known only as Legion and its mystical leader, Morning Star. Following the global attack on the Devil’s Night, cities around the world are held by Legion ministries. Seoul is the personal territory of Legion’s crazy scientists, and the support villain of Dr. Babylon, the Ministry of Pride, and his Rogue gallery.
Technomancer ($1.99) – Store link
The Technomancer takes you to Mars, where you live as a magician. It can utilize the destructive power amplified by cybernetic implants. Feared and respected by everyone, you are on the verge of completing the initiation ceremony and becoming a full-fledged technoman.
This Action-RPG offers four different combat skill trees focusing on three different fighting styles and powerful power. Of course, the strength of the brute is not suitable for any situation. Dynamic conversations play a major role in exploration, and your decisions will dramatically change the story and the world. You can also create equipment, weapons and armor to adopt yourself and on the way to adopt.
Bound to Flame ($1.99) – Store link
You are a mercenary owned by the devils of the fire of the world, destroyed by seven ice lords and their dead. With all your choices leading to consequences, you will need to choose whether to unleash the power of the beast and reject the influence of the demons who want to assert your humanity.
Develop your abilities and fighting style freely through three skill trees. Wielding the fighter’s heavy weapons, wielding the Ranger’s sleazy dual daggers, or using the Pilomaster’s catastrophic flame spell.
PAC -MAN 256 ($1.99) – Store link
The Pac-Man 256 is a never-ending maze. But the glitch is coming for you…
– Local Cooperative Multiplayer Mode, Challenge friends with up to 4 players
– Go ahead of Wakakawaka and Super Vilan with Pack Dot: Gritch
– Assisting new gangs from revived Retrogost, including Sue, Funky, Spanky
– Cover them with over 20 ridiculous power-ups: lasers, tornadoes, giants, etc.
– Spice your game with 10 different themes
Flashback ($0.99) – Store Link
On its 25th anniversary, we rediscovered this classic and have consistently ranked one of the best 100 games of all time! This is one of the first games to use motion capture technology for more realistic animation, with a background with a completely hand-drawn and engaging science fiction storyline.
In addition to the original 1993 game, this version includes modern modes such as:
-FX post graphics filter,
– Fully remastered sound and music,
– Brand new “rewind” function, variables depending on the level of difficulty
– Tutorial for those who need boost!
For many, I think flashbacks are the best deal. Delphine Software released the original game in 1992, and the game is included in its price.
It was not only a commercial and serious success, but it was even part of the list of the best games of all time. It may not be visible now, but back then, platformers like this film had realistic animations that were invisible.
