A big part of the fun of Star Wars Day each year is seeing new waves of toys and collectibles revealed by companies such as Hasbro, Sideshow, and Hot Toys. This year’s event certainly didn’t disappoint, as it gave us a glimpse into a wide range of products ranging from under $20 to over $1500. What can you say? Being a Star Wars collector is nothing if not an expensive hobby.
From the epic Luke Skywalker Red 5 statues from the Sideshow to the Nostalgia Episode III figures of Hasbro, to the heart-wrenching detailed jar of Binks figures of hot toys, these were the coolest figures and collectibles revealed during 2025 Star Wars.
Hot Toy Star Wars Figure
The hot toys revealed an impressive lineup of Star Wars Day 1:6 scale numbers. The real surprise is definitely the Binks in the jar. Whether you love him, hate him, or you don’t deny that this jar of jar appears to have walked right off the screen. He has a seamless arm joint and two swappable face sculptures to replicate all these quirky poses.
Hot Toys fills the dazzling hole in the sequel trilogy lineup by finally releasing a Poe Dameron figure. Properly, Poe is wearing a resistance X-wing jumpsuit. It also has won another fan-favorite Republic Commando in the form of clone commando bosses, and the company’s new Star Wars Rebel-inspired line of animated figures has Darth Vader accompanying the previously announced Stormtrooper figure.
Hasbro Star Wars Toys
Hasbro revealed many new numbers in both the 6-inch Black Series line and the 3 3/4-inch Vintage Collection line. Hasbro continues to take advantage of the 20th anniversary of SITH’s revenge by releasing new Black Series figures in packaging based on the Classic Rots Toy Line. Next up is Aayla Secura and Magnaguard Droid. Black Series Collectors can also enhance their Imperial Trooper collection with a two-pack based on the illicit One-themed 2-pack, which includes both Shore Torter and Destrooper.
In terms of vintage collections, Hasbro has some multi-pack releases that are very interesting to the piece. “Stormtroopers of the Empire 3-Pack” includes Snowtrooper, Scouttrooper, and Sandtrooper. “Cantina Adventure 4-Pack” includes four aliens from the iconic Mos Eisley sequence, including Hammerhead, Walrus Man, Greedo and Snaggletooth. Hasbro’s crowdfunding Mos Eisley Cantina Playset should be great.
Finally, Star Wars prop collectors are happy to know that a new ForceFX elite lightsaber is in the works, based on the weapons used by Rebel star Ezra Bridger.
Sideshow Star Wars Figures and Posters
Don’t lose. Sideshow Collectibles had a wide lineup of figures, statues and art prints to reveal. Without a doubt, their Star Wars Day lineup displays are illustrations in Luke Skywalker: Red Five, Premium Format. This huge 1:4 scale mixed media statue features Luke adorned with his X-wing jumpsuit, climbing a ladder and climbing a trusted ship. What really makes this piece special (particularly expensive) is that the sideshow actually carved a piece of X-wing and hanged in the air.
Sideshow continues to release 1:6 scale numbers along with distributing hot toy releases. Sideshow focuses on its “scum and villain” line. This highlights many aliens and creatures that aren’t necessarily attracting attention from hot toys. The second wave of Scum and the villain focuses on the characters from Jabba’s Palace in return for Jedi such as Bib Fortuna, Kuratz and Visam.
Finally, Sideshow showed off his latest 1:10 statue from Iron Studios. This happens to be a shrinking version of the 1:4 scale Darth Vader image. This empire bumps into back-inspired pieces, still looking very cool on a new, small scale.
