I couldn’t test whether this quest unlocks faster, but I managed to complete “Her Eye Apple” with Hunter Rank 24 (after unlocking credits and high ranks in a series of main story quests). Before you begin, make sure you download and apply the Title Update 1 patch. (The game recommends restarting the console or platform if the game does not update.)

Speaking to Alma, she will tell you that she has lost her special glasses, and you have to investigate by talking to Wad Wad Wad in Scarlet Forest.

When Ayejack is awakened, the creature asks to exchange Eastern Honey for glasses. If you don’t have a few yet, you can get Eastern Honey from the giant Vigor Wasp in the scar-colored forest. Once you have the item, ayejack will return your glasses and unmatch the character of Alma in your tent.
