When I jumped into the world, I didn’t know what I was in. Sorry, we’re closedA story-driven survival horror adventure that combines the dirt and collapse of Silent Hill with the stylish, gendered demons of Persona Games. But the artist behind it Sorry, we’re closed I was able to remix some of my favorite games into something unique and amazing.
This also includes pairing a Resident Evil-style tank control with a fixed camera angle with an Arcade Light Gun Shooter. For some reason, all of these different gameplay effects come together in an almost magical way.
Sorry, we’re closed It focuses on Michelle. Michelle is a hard-working and miserable Londoner who has an unfortunate encounter with the Sleep Paralysis Cathedral known as the Duchess. This experience sends Michelle on a journey of discovery, during which she becomes immersed in the world of conflict angels and demons. This experience ultimately unlocks the magical powers within her. Michelle curses her mysterious vision with her third eye, turning to the world of demons through the veil of the real world and is able to talk to the inhabitants.
The Duchess pursues Michel as part of Archdemon’s mission to find love, and stops nothing to convince her heartbroken prey to succumb to these advances. Michelle rejects her Arch Demon suitor and is released from the Duchess curse along with her friend (part of this has been secretly demons all along), chases after the former flame/victims of Arch Demon.

Michelle’s vision of evil eyes comes both narratively and gameplay. With the button press and the snap of her fingers, Michelle can see other layers of her world, discovering the physical form of secret doors, hidden objects, and etheric figures. Sorry, we’re closed I also use this vision for my environmental puzzles. Eye painting on the walls of the real world is revealed to be the eye demon of a smart mouse blocking pathways, and obstacles like an indestructible metal box can be revealed in the world of demons as wooden boxes that can be crushed with x.
These evil eyes also affect combat. In the real world, you’ll be killed by multiple shakings of x or face monsters full of bullets. However, if Michelle bursts into evil eyes, she can see the minds of her enemies and attacks their weaknesses and kills them quickly. However, Michelle’s vision of another world has been expanded so far. In the real world of the distance, there is a trade-off between fighting enemies and getting closer so that Michelle can kill them quickly, but creating more risks in the process.
The battle and movements become a little clunky Sorry, we’re closed. Exploration takes place in the third person view, but combat sometimes switches to the disorienting first person view. Here, developers draw influence from light gun games like Time Crisis and House of the Dead, urging players to attack quickly and tie combos together. Pulling off a series of perfect attacks, you’ll be charged a weapon called The Heartbreaker, a powerful rifle that deals great damage to enemy demons.

Combat Encounters Sorry, we’re closed I clicked along with me and I can see that they are sticking points for some players. Fortunately, failure Sorry, we’re closed It’s rarely irritated. The game has a manual save system with frequent save points and generous autosave. Distributing bullets and health items – Water bottles are a concern as it is important to stay hydrated, but the game is less punished than many other survival horror games. (Accessibility options also make the game much easier.)
Beyond the battle and exploration of the demon world of the game, Michelle spends quite a bit of time talking to friends, madness, and the angels and demons she can see through her third eyes. There was a rich cast of characters, many of which were relatively flawed in those who were trying their best to find love and healing from trauma. All of these characters (and monsters) are beautifully realized. Sorry, we’re closed A oozing style with a mix of horny, elegant, wonderful, strange misfits. It’s nice to watch a pop horror game with bright, flashy colors.
Sorry, we’re closed He has been participating in the PC platform since November 2024. Developer A la Mode Games and publisher Akupara Games have brought the game to consoles (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X) and upgraded the original release with new features. For survival horror fans, we’re looking for a spin infused with strange romances with retro Resident Evil style gameplay. Sorry, we’re closed Highly recommended. You might just fall in love. That’s exactly what the Duchess wants.
