Cristiano Ronaldo is set to appear in the Deadly Fury: The City of Wolves.
Ronaldo is considered one of the greatest footballers of all time alongside Lionel Messi, and is part of the character’s launch roster.
Developer and publisher Snk Corporation has released The Trailer below. This shows how Ronaldo was rethinked with a comic-inspired art style in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. He is under a football attack (one of Ronaldo’s command moves is called head clearance, allowing him to slide the tackle).
Here is the official blurb about Ronaldo’s characters:
One of the world’s top football players. He uses his vacation to visit Southtown to hone his new soccer skills. The various techniques he played football make him an unstoppable force, even the fighter he was seasoned with.
The 40-year-old forward is currently playing for Al Nassr FC, a professional football club based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is majority owned by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) and is chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Incidentally, SNK is currently almost entirely owned by the Saudi Crown Prince’s Foundation.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves was released on April 24, 2025 and features a dynamic art style, new familiar fighters and a modernized combat system.
