Skate Will Not Have an Offline Mode, Still Slated for Early Access Launch in 2025

Publisher EA and full circle of developers revealed details of upcoming skateboard games skate. Through a new blog post featuring Q&A, the studio has revealed that skating will become an online-only game without supporting offline play. The studio also reiterated that it plans to launch early access skate in 2025.

“We plan to launch early access later this year,” the studio posted on its official website. “We have an ambitious vision skate.: A skateboard sandbox that expands, continues to grow and evolve over time, with feedback from players living in Saint Van Stardom. The launch of Early Access is the first day of the experience and the starting point from which new features, improvements and content are added over time. ”

The studio also has an early access version of skate It is not considered a “finished version” of the game. Rather, development continues in the game through early access releases. At the time of release, skate Equipped with core gameplay and plan more content later.

“I don’t think Early Access will launch a “complete version” skate.and you shouldn’t either,” the studio explained. “But the skateboarding experience has been amazing and I have a relationship with friends at Saint Van Stardom.”

However, when it comes to having an offline mode, the studio writes that the game is designed from the ground up as a constantly evolving, online-only game. Throughout the game’s life, players will be able to find new content, live events, and even changes to cities within the game.

“A simple answer: No,” the studio wrote about offline mode. “Games and cities are designed to breathe in the sandbox of large multiplayer skateboards that are constantly evolving online and constantly evolving. You’ll see bigger things evolve over time, such as city changes, live events and other in-game activities.
