Like getting caught up in an insider game, skateRecently, an update message was recently obtained listing microtransactions as part of the next update to PlayTest.

“To ensure that these goals are achieved with early access, we have enabled the option to purchase and use cryptocurrency (San Van Bucks) in an ongoing closed alpha playtest,” reads the message. “Your feedback will be greatly appreciated by providing a great experience during early access launches.”

The message also warns players that because it is a playtest, a player’s progress may be displayed as a reset. However, if this occurs, players who purchase items along with the Samban Bucks will see the Bucks return. Once the game is released as an early access release, players will be able to use the Samban Bucks they obtained during playtesting, as long as they use the same EA account.

Full Circle recently released a video showing how development is progressing during PlayTests. The video, featuring gameplay from PlayTest in February, revealed that the game’s work is going very well. The models and textures were seemingly completely complete in recent playtests, giving players access to a vast number of tricks they could pull. The tricks featured in the video included flips, grinds and grabs.

Early Access releases are coming, but in the meantime players can sign up for PlayTests through the game’s official website. The playtest has been going on on PCs for quite some time, but the studio has revealed that console players can also take part in the action.

Much of the customization was previously detailed thanks to the developed diary video. In addition to clothing, players can also change the character’s height, body shape and other features. In terms of clothing, players can change their top, pants, eyewear, and even socks.
