Konami’s latest entry in the Silent Hill franchise has finally been given a release date. Today’s PlayStation State of Play has a new trailer for Silent Hill F. This not only features new footage, but also the game’s release date.
The franchise’s all-new game, Silent Hill F, will be released on September 25th for the PS5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC.
This continues for the second year in a row, with Konami pushing the Silent Hill game after the release of the Silent Hill 2 remake last October.
Silent Hill F will be released in 2025 with a new psychological horror set in Japan
Those unfamiliar with the story say, “When the secluded town town of the island’s twist is consumed by a sudden mist, her once familiar home becomes an unforgettable nightmare.”
Players must navigate our new hero. “As the town becomes silent and the mist gets thick, Hinako needs to survive to navigate the twisted paths of ebisugaoka, solve complicated puzzles and confront the grotesque monsters.”
This is an entirely new chapter in the Silent Hill series, combining psychological horror with the unforgettable Japanese environment. As you can see in the latest trailer, there’s nothing short of the horror department. In just 3 minutes, we can get a good amount of monsters that attack us in our dreams.

Hopefully, Konami will defend the mystery and will not reveal too many games in the coming months.
In other Silent Hill news, the Bloober team confirmed that a PS5 Pro patch is still in development, aimed at addressing the graphical issues of the Silent Hill 2 remake, but the release date has not yet been announced.
