Pokemon Infinite Fusion is a new Pokemon fan game similar to Pokemon Opalo, featuring several unique aspects and a massive departure from the mainline series. It certainly comes with much needed upgrades, but the game doesn’t always do the best job of moving you forward.
Hopefully this guide will provide you with all the help you need to navigate your journey to becoming a Pokemon Champion. If you’re new to classic Pokemon titles like Firered, the story should be pretty much familiar, but we recommend checking out this guide for tips and tricks to breaking gyms and stories.
This particular Pokemon fan game allows players to fuse two Pokemon together to form some incredibly interesting combinations that are likely to not see the light of day.
You’ll notice that this isn’t called Rom Hack. Because that’s not the case. This is like playing an entirely new Pokemon game, as it is a game made from scratch based on previous Pokemon titles. Let’s see how you can get it and how everything works.
Where do you download Pokemon Infinite Fusion?
If you want to play Pokemon Infinite Fusion, you need to be very careful where you download the game. There is no official website for that.
I personally used the Reddit link to go to the Heante Links section and select the installation guide to download.
This will take you to Google Docs that follow the platform’s instructions.
Virtually no platforms can’t play the game. Luckily, if you prefer that option over a keyboard, everything can use the controller. Download the version you like and follow the instructions.
You should immediately start a new Pokemon journey by presenting the opening sequence of the game in a flat.
Unique features of the infinite fusion of Pokemon
- A unique story focused on gaming fusion mechanics
- Side quests built into the game
- There are many unique interactions with NPCs
- Over 250,000 possible fusions
- Enhanced endgame with additional content
- You can find and wear many player costumes
The new story defeated the endless fusion of Pokemon
Most of the storyline is very reminiscent of the original game, tracking the plot quite closely, with some departures at key moments. While still fighting Giovanni and Team Rocket, the stakes set during the adventure are a little different.
Your goal is not only to become a Pokemon champion, but to stop Team Rocket from winning and merging three legendary birds.
Along the way, there’s a lot to do and you can even join Team Rocket and do some missions if you’re feeling it. Each town has its own small story to explore, so make sure you take your time while traveling.
Start the game
When you launch and start the game, you will see a selection of three game modes. If this is your first playthrough, we recommend using the classic while adapting to the new changes.
- Classic: Traditional ways to play. It is described as an official way to play. In the early stages, we mainly use Gen 1 Pokemon.
- Randomization: Make all your encounters, items and trainers completely random.
- Remix: Similar to Classic, but instead uses Gen 2 or later Pokemon in the early stages.
This will then be asked to select the level of difficulty. Each has its own rules.
- Easy: It operates just like the new game.
- Normal: Essentially the original Pokemon: Exp Sharing and Poison have no effect on Pokemon other than combat.
- difficult: The trainer level is increased by 10%, and all trainers can use healing items.
Choose the one that suits your fantasies. You can change this anytime in the Settings menu. It is highly recommended to check the settings as there are quite a few options to make the game a little easier.
From continuing to running, to being permanently on, to changing the actual speed the game runs, there are many quality improvements here.
You’ll want to adjust the speed of your game to your liking. It is recommended to set up a simple surfing run at any time. Because it saves time later.
If you’re looking for a faster paced experience, turn off FX. Once you start the game, press Q or LB on your input device..
You can press the button multiple times to cycle the speed, so if it’s too fast, you can always slow it down.
Palette Town
Pokemon Infinite Fusion starts in Pallet Town like the original game. You need to get your first Pokemon from Professor Orc, head to your rival’s house and grab a map of the town from your sister so you can embark on a journey.
When you arrive at Viridian City and talk to the people at Poke Mart, you’ll be given the first DNA splicer.
These are the core of the entire game. They give you the ability to fuse and remove different Pokemon. There are no limits to what you can fuse, but remember that for both statistics, ability and level, the fusion ends as a mixture between the two.
This means that combining a high-level Pokemon with one of the lower levels will result in a level of fusion between the two. As the combined Pokemon also evolve individually, when they hit the level that allows them to evolve, only half of them will be able to evolve.
At first, you will have a hard time buying as many DNA splicers as you want, but this can be easily improved by talking to NPCS to see who is exploring for you.
How Pokemon Fusion Works
There are over 250,000 variations of fusions to try And while it’s impossible to see them all at once, the game offers many options to keep you playing.
When you fuse Pokemon, there are a few things that happen. First, you need to choose which one will become the head and which will become the fusion body. The body constitutes physical statistics (ATK, DEF, SPE), and the head constitutes special statistics (HP, SP.A, SP.D). You will also need to choose which of the two fused Pokemon properties you want to retain, and your ability and movement set.
Each type has great Pokemon and when you combine them, things become even more powerful.
EVS and IVs are averaged unless you use a super splicer. This will cause the IV to use the higher of the two options.
Pewter City
The block gym is very easy. Walk, choose the side and head towards your back. But this is where things start to get weird. Instead of the normal gameplay where you just challenge him, you are limited to using only two Pokemon. This becomes a running theme as you progress through each gym, so you want to choose the best Pokemon for your situation.
If you have a Skirtle or Bourbasaurus, this should be pretty easy, However, getting additional grass types on your way through the forest will certainly pay off here.

Once you’ve finished the block, you’ll have your first gym badge, the ability to use Flash Outside Combat, and your personal choice of “dried bread,” the best hat of all time.
If you want to spend an easier time on the next foot of your journey, you need to actually get a Flash TM first. Luckily, it’s very close. You head to Mount Moon and pass the hotel on your way out of town.
Enter and head straight to the second floor. You will encounter scientists who provide Quest Journal (helpful for tracking side quests) and HM for Flash.
Mountain Moon
There’s a bit of fuss outside Mount Moon and you’ll need to talk to Jenny Nurse to advance the story. Speaking to her, Brock appears and offers to help Geododo while investigating Mount Moon.
Head inward and immediately turn right and then to the left first. After that, go back outside and head to the block. Block offers TM94 for Locksmash.
If you don’t want to deal with a ton of wild battles, this will be a long journey so go back and load it.
I want to head north to the way I saw Team Rocket Grant. Do some explorations and some selections will be online, such as the thief TM.
When you eventually come across Team Rocket and win the battle, you can choose between dome and helix fossils.
Cerulean city
My best advice here is to head straight towards the gym or try to upgrade some of the parties. The gym is easy and you need to fight at least one trainer before Misty.
If you’ve had grass types for a while now, you should be able to get it easily in Misty, but awakening and paralyzed healing will help you deal with her party songs and gross spore attacks.

If you beat her, you will want to head north as you are in a brand new rival fight in your hands. This occurs just before the nugget bridge. This should be navigated for the next leg of the journey anyway.
Rival battle
This fight initially gave me some trouble, but after collecting the necessary money I was able to push through with the help of a few items. His Abra only knows teleporting at this point, so all you really need to do is go through the first three Pokemon.

The third Pokemon is always a fusion between starters and will change based on the starter you choose.
Once you beat your rival, you need to complete the Nugget Bridge. This gives you the ability to get started with Team Rocket. You can do this without affecting the story. It’s for fun side quests.
Once you agree to participate, you will receive a uniform and a starter quest. Continue following the bridge until you reach the building. Help the Pokémon guy He will give you the SS ticket you need for the next leg of your journey.
Vermillion City
Cut requires HM, so if you’re hoping to take on L during a surge here, you’ll need to head to the dock and ride an SS Anne. Go up the stairs and head outside to the deck.
Head behind the ship to find the captain’s key to enter the captain’s quarters. You need to deal with your rivals again and his team has changed a little, so get ready.

Since all Lieutenant Colonel Surge’s Pokemon are electric types, your best bet is to use grass and ground types. Boltby wasn’t that strong and I fought my way with Double Digret Fusion, as it was easy to deny electric attacks due to the ground typing of the digret.

After defeating him, you will get HM for teleporting and make it easy to travel around town.
Head south from Pewter and follow the path if you cut down a small tree at the entrance to Vildian Forest. You come across a house with many trees behind it. Talk to the man and cut down all the trees and he will give you shear so you don’t need to have any cut Pokemon in the future.
Rock Tunnel
Our next destination is the Rock Tunnel. It’s very easy if you have a flash. Follow the path but if you want a fun reference and a hohedge, make sure you stop at the exit of the south wall at the higher level.
There are many twists and turns around with trainers around them. You can avoid most of these by sticking to the tunnel wall.
Lavender Town/Rival Battle
You will need to land in the town of lavender and take on your rival again at the tower on the east side of the town. You’ll eventually come back here, but for now it’s just a rival fight.

After this you will need to head to Celadon City to collect another gym badge and Sylphscope. You will not be able to enter Saffron City yet, so you will need to take an underground passage near the entrance to the saffron.
Take it and it will spit you out in Celadon City. There, when you travel south you will come across the groans of Team Rockets doing something creepy.
Celadon city
You can interact with Team Rocket Grant and join the battle with your rivals. They are paired with the town’s gym leader and sent to the sewer to deal with the threat from Team Rocket.
This puzzle involves raising and lowering the sewer water level. An important tip is to explore as much as you can and drop the wooden planks you need to go through the puzzle.
You will then need to split the puzzles in the challenge area and proceed, but this is not too complicated. Once completed, you can request Sylph’s range and challenge Celadon Gym.
Celadon Gym
The gym puzzle is a pretty simple maze. Starting from the left side of the gym, the path you need to take should exist well. If you encounter a type of fire, this is the best time to use them.
All her Pokemon have some kind of self-healing, so you’ll want to finish the battle faster.

If you beat her, it’s time to save Mr. Fuji, so teleport to Lavender Town.
Lavender Town/Pokemon Tower
You need to make a way to get to the top and save Fuji, all the ghosts and ghouls. He’s a great help and gives you pork flute.
Head south from the town of Lavender and wake up Snowlax on the pier. You have the opportunity to catch it and you will be given the HM you need for future puzzles for strength.
A simple pit stop in a small house by the pier will give you a good stick, so you can catch some water Pokemon.
Fuchsia city
There’s a gym here so you’ll have the opportunity to get a new badge, but the real appeal is the Sufari zone, where you’ll find Surf. I recommend knocking out the gym. Because I might try a few times to get through the safari zone.
This gym uses an invisible maze, which is a bit cumbersome, but it should not be too difficult if you follow this guide.
Start from the right side by the pillar of light and head directly to the wall behind you. Move left to left to allow you to wrap around the trainer and ride the koga.
After some use of double teams, try to save the best Pokemon for Chanwook as they will basically become untouched. The essence of this melted monster is extremely important. Koga’s team is a very intense firefighter, which is also important to exploit.

Safari Zone
After beating Koga, head to the Safari zone and follow these instructions to reach the end and claim the prize.
- Head east towards Area 2.
- Make a path to the north of Area 2.
- Head west towards Area 3.
- Do not walk west and southwards.
- You will need to head north of Area 3.
- Follow the path to the westernmost tip of Area 3.
- Continue the south road.
- You will need to head west immediately and reach your destination.
There is surfing now, but you cannot use it until you get the Saffron City Gym Badge. Now you can head towards Saffron from all directions, but you will need to fight the groans of Team Rockets to get inside your team.
Saffron City
At the very heart of Saffron City is a large building. If you’re hoping to challenge the gym leader, you’ll need to go inside and deal with team rocket members to cause problems.
Enter and use the elevator to reach the 9th floor. There should be lime green tiles on the east side of the floor. On this floor you will find the required card keys for your room in the south.
This will save as many people as possible within the building or get straight to your purpose. If all people are saved, you will get a lapla from one of the scientists before reaching your goal. From the 3rd floor, you will find the yellow tile and distort it to the 7th floor where you will meet the scientist.
You can simply choose not to rescue everyone or go back if you really want that Lapla. You will be caught up in another battle with your rivals and then need to deal with Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket.

He is at least a little polite and will heal your Pokemon before the next big battle. And he actually helps you in the fight.
Gym Battle
The easiest way to take a gym challenge is, ironically, to head straight. Step on the first platform and immediately head towards the warp pad in the top right corner, distorting it into a room with only two warp pads.
Take what didn’t arrive and complete the double trainer fight. The next warp pad should guide you to Sabrina, the leader of the gym.
I basically cleaned it with a double bug type fusion to get through this gym fight, but if you can find it, the dark type might work even after you past Hypumime.

Now you can use the surf, head to Cinnabal.
Cinnabal Island
Head south to Fuchsia city. I use surfing and head south. Eventually, you will bump into a small ice cave that you need to cross so that you can reach Sinabal Island. It’s very easy and once you go out, it’s a short trip to the island. If you want to challenge Brain, you will need to cross the Pokémon Mansion and reach the top to find him.
Pokemon Mansion
This is a bit tedious, so I recommend loading it into repulsion. Otherwise, I would recommend you fight so many times just trying to walk around. All statues are switches that unlock the path forward. Take the stairs to the next floor and head south towards the next statue. The northwest stairs should be available to take them now.
Activate the next statue and head south. Eventually, you will come across some walls that will fall to a lower level. You should take the first one and get to Brain right away.
On the machine just before Brain, you can win my personal favorite hat, the Ditto Mask.
Gym Challenge
If you want to complete this assignment, you will need to answer many questions. Or you can simply fight against all the trainers. The choice is yours, but I leave an answer to the question here for you:
- Q. At what level does the fusion of Charchander and Ponita evolve? A. 16
- Q. Which of these Pokemon is not a steel type? A. Nosepas
- Q. Which type is highly effective against Fire/Grass Pokemon? A. Rock
- Q. Which typing does it have to fusion with oddish as a body and rhyme like a head? A. Ground/Poison
- Q. What types are not very effective against fire-type Pokemon? A. 5
- Q. Which TMs contain the Movement Tombstoner? A. None
Now you will fight Blaine for the gym badge.
Perhaps using water molds that are handy to what you use for surfing will make the fight quite easy. Watch out for his Magdon. Magdon may withstand a very effective attack thanks to the Passoberry it holds.
Luckily for everyone at Squirtle Squad, they need to get what they need for this fight.

They need to head south from the city of Fuchsia to confront Giovanni and stop his sleazy plans. The ocean puzzle here isn’t too complicated. Pay attention to how the flow pushes you.
It is important to find a spot between those currents, as they can push you in a single direction, as long as they don’t push you into another current.
Arrived at Mount Ember and crossed the road, Giovanni challenges you with his three legendary birds. This will be a very annoying battle. All three heads operate independently, so you basically fight three battles in one battle.
The best way to defeat this bad birdie is to target your head individually with your weaknesses or hit them with movements in areas that have the effect of losing or weakening enough to quickly end the battle. It’s a bit easier when you’re headed down, but be prepared for a long, annoying fight.

You will then be given the opportunity to catch a maltress. If you have some issues with it, don’t worry too much, you can try again after defeating the Elite Four. Now you will need to claim your final gym badge, head to the Elite Four, and become a Pokemon Champion.
Using surf is a great way to handle all your head at once. At the very least, it deals a lot of damage to the maltress’ head, making the fight a little easier. Also note that all three are weak to shaking (two of which have weak X4).
Biridian City Gym
This gym has a mechanism similar to the second part of the Celadon sewer system. Ironically, in reality you don’t need to bring a small dash pad with you to reach Giovanni.
Enter the gym and head straight towards your back. Head backwards and soon you’ll join the final gym battle.
Most of his Pokemon are ground type, so it is recommended to use water/grass/ice types to deal effectively. However, all of his Pokemon have been hit quite violently, so you might want to develop a strategy about the possibility that he will knock out some of your party.

Now is the time your journey reaches conclusions as you challenge the path of victory and the Elite Four.
The path to victory
Head west from the Biridian and you will eventually arrive at the entrance to the Victory Road. If you need to stop every few seconds, it is highly recommended to stock items with some rebounds, as future strength puzzles can be quite annoying.
Each challenge works the same way. You need to move the rock to the switch and open the path forward. The beginning of these switches is on the right side of the entrance to the cave, and the rocks for that are on the left side. At the northwest corner is a ladder that takes you to your next challenge.
Once you unlock that pass, you can continue. At the next level, you will hit a rock outside. You will need to push it all the way from the north route to the west side of the cave. This will take you to the next level and complete the final puzzle.
Following the path, you will come across a hole in the ground and you will need to push the rock into it. You’ll need to go there anyway, so go ahead and fall into the hole.
As you continue along the path, you will find yourself outside the Indigo Plateau. If you want to be a champion, you train yourself for the fight, to deal with five consecutive battles.
Elite 4
Unfortunately, you ran a little late and your rivals managed to beat them all before you. If you want that tasty title, you’ll need to beat him in addition to other trainers.
It is highly recommended to level your trainer at a level. This makes it easy to get over at least a few Pokemon.
If you run out of money, don’t forget that you can always access the hotel or talk to some NPCs and get a quest to pay well.
Lowray’s ice team
Lorelei’s team was a little simpler than the others. She mainly focuses on dealing damage and doesn’t play much of the long game. But be careful about her weaving. If Night Slash doesn’t get you, I’ll sing to perish.

I’ll post the game
Once you’ve claimed a legitimate location as a Pokemon Champion, you can open up a whole new section of the game, explore and enjoy. Now you can access Silver Mountain and start collecting legendary Pokemon into your heart content. Don’t stress too much about missing something out of a regular game. If you want to continue exploring, it’s still available right away.
I hope you enjoyed this game! If you’re making Pokemon more fun, why not check out the Pokemon Red Rocket version, or would you prefer something a little more realistic?
