summary

  • Blue Prince was the most referenced game of 2025, with a score of 91 for Open Critic and a score of 92 for Metacritic.
  • The game combines the mystery, strategy and puzzles of Mount Holly to provide an unpredictable journey.
  • Blue Prince will be available for free on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on the release date April 10th.

I’m used to seeing Top Tier games released on PlayStation Plus, but making these games GE GE on the day of release is another thing. Many times they add new games, but this is a title that has been released for at least a few months.

For members of PlayStaiton Extra and Premium, Sony is the most reviewed game of the year, adding an average of over 90 games in reviews.

The game I’m referring to is Blue Prince, a puzzle game from Dogubomb. Believe it or not, this unprecedented game is now the best reviewed game of the year. Currently sitting at 91 scores on Open Critic and 92 on Metacritic.

If you’re not used to the game, I won’t blame you. It’s a title that doesn’t make waves and a genre that doesn’t give you fanfare. According to publisher Raw Fury, Blue Prince combines fascinating mystery, strategy and puzzle elements to create an unpredictable journey through Holly Mt. Holly, a distinctive mansion with ever-changing rooms. Players must embrace a chamber with quest secrets and challenges to find secret rooms to find enigmatic rooms.

Blue Prinsky Features:

  • I’ll draft your journey – Every door can reveal a new, exciting chamber with unique challenges and secrets. But choose carefully. Every day, the etiquette floor plans are reset, and the rooms you are looking at today may not be the same tomorrow.
  • Every step is important – Daily progression is shaped by the selected room for draft and the tools within it. But wisely tread – when your floor plan is reset at the end of the day, everything except permanent upgrades to the real estate blueprint will be lost.
  • The history created – Investigate the past with the threads of horror mail, political plots, and the mystical loss of the author of local children’s books. The deeper the venture, the closer you will notice the past is than you see.

This is a puzzle game, so don’t expect filming or fast action. But not all games need to be good, as evidenced by this.

You rarely get a game that gets this rating for free with release date. Blue Prince will be released worldwide on April 10th. This is the same day you’ll also win an extra and premium game catalog on PlayStation Plus.

For those who don’t own a PS5, Blue Prince is also available on the first day on the Xbox Game Pass.

Once you’ve completed Blue Prince, if you’re looking for a game that runs another game, one of the best gaming trilogies ever sells on the PlayStation store for just $6.
