Blood Blood in 2025 continues to allow people to fly, studios most famous for their Breaking News, Outriders and Gear of War work, cancel projects and fire employees.
The news comes from the studio and is being announced over the weekend.
Two projects that people can fly are grounded
On X (formerly Twitter), official people can post messages from CEO Sebastian Wojciechowski.
“Today, we have made the extremely difficult decision to suspend the development of Project Gemini and Project Bifrost. The relevant current report has been released to the market,” said Wojcieechowski.
The announcement confirms that two projects, called Project Gemini and Project Bifrost, are on shelved.
“The suspension of the Gemini Project is the result of the fact that the publisher has not presented us with a draft of subsequent content riders of a publishing agreement covering the terms of further milestones regarding Project Gemini and the lack of communication from the publisher regarding its willingness to continue or terminate the Gemini Project.
Project BIFROST was stopped due to analysis of the above and group cash flows. This indicated a lack of prospects to secure the organizational resources and funding needed to continue production and release of this project. ”
Project Gemini is a game we’re working on for Square Enix. This is what I’m Presuimg is Autoriders 2. Project Bifrost is a VR game. Neither title is accompanied by an official release or release date.
Wojciechowski also confirmed that the cancellation of the project means the studio is necessary to “reduce the team.” If there’s one more thing this year, it’s a layoff. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to stop anytime soon.
Last December, the studio conducted a layoff, resulting in over 100 people losing their jobs as part of a restructuring effort. People Can Fly was founded in 2002, and its first big hit was a painkiller for first-person shooters released in 2004. Since then I have worked for Buletstorm and Epic Games at Gears of War: Judgement. He then developed an out-leader for Square Enix, which was released in 2021.
So far, aside from the studio’s mysterious incubation projects, the studio has been working on Gears of War: E-Day With the Coalition.
We at DualShockers hope everyone has the best impact of all. I hope they will stand up soon.
