The incredible success of Monster Hunter Wilds shows no signs of slowing down. It goes back just past the 10 million sold mark and sets new records for developers and publishers Capcom.

This is Capcom’s first month sales record. The company’s history games have not been sold more after being sold for a month. Wiles was already the fastest game in Capcom history after selling 8 million copies in just three days.

In a news outlet note, Capcom explained why he believes that the Monster Hunter Wiles have proved that they are so successful and blowing away the Monster Hunter world. A key factor in the appeal of Wilds is the introduction of the Day-One releases across the Crossole and PC (World, which was released on PC six months after Console, and the entire PC.

“The title offers a wider range of players the opportunity to enjoy the game along with the introduction of cross-play, the first introduction of the series, and the simultaneous release on the PlayStation 5 System, Xbox Series X | S, and PC,” explained Capcom.

“In addition, the introduction of new focus mode mechanics and the implementation of seamless movements between settlements and ecosystems provided an even more immersive gaming experience, but the appeal of Monster Hunter and the fusion of numerous new elements led to a one-month sales record for over 10 million units sold all.”

As detailed last week, Monster Hunter Wilds title update 1 will be released on April 4th. Fan favorite monsters will be added as well as Grand Hub, a new in-game settlement where players can gather and communicate with each other. Title Update 2, which Capcom bullied, has added Lagiacrus and is set for the summer.
