It has been officially a year since then Marvel Rival To take the world of PVP hero shooting games in a closed Alpha Test and thank the fans, the developers have announced the return of Season 0 Battle Pass. Netease Games said it is dropping a gift event for Galacta on its recent Dev Diary Entry following the May 15th update. Players can earn Nameplate, Spray, and Chrono Shield cards as free rewards by simply playing the game.
Costume Coins can redeem the debut costumes of any of the 33 heroes from the game featured in Season 0, but will also be awarded to players. Unfortunately, players will need a luxury battle pass of 590 lattice (just over $4.99) to earn free rewards along with purchasing an S0 Battle Pass.
The development team said they had heard the community’s desire for past battle passes clearly, saying “there could be a future battle pass return, but it could last at least two seasons, at least 20% higher than the original seasonal rate.”
It will most likely please those who missed it, but it could disappoint longtime players who worked so hard to win exclusive Battle Pass items and wanted them to stay that way. However, fans have already double-checked to make sure that Cyan’s venom and the white witch scar-colored witch will become part of that contract.
Season 0 Battle Pass is available from May 15th to May 29th.
