The Last Epoch has a whopping 15 mastery classes. The master is essentially a subclass and can lean towards one aspect of the build. They range from traditional roles like magicians to options like Falconer (which sees you flying around the map using your bird friends for damage). It can be difficult to choose the one that focuses on so many options, but this is The last Epoch Master Tierist It’s helpful.
How did you rank the best and worst masteries in the final epoch?
Making your mastery strong, weak, or somewhere in between depends on how many potential build ticks you have. Every build has a long list of things that can be used to achieve that clear (i.e. mapping) and boss (i.e. single target), and while the defense is as strong as possible, some have stronger or stronger synergistic effects than others.
For example, “More” Damage Multiriar is stronger than Damage Multiriar’s increase, so if mastery offers more of the former, it is more likely to be higher on this list. Read the passive carefully and determine how they measure damage – they will tell you! There are also statistics such as critical hit chances, critical hit multipliers, flat damage, armor shred chances, armor shred effects, and more to pull out a lot of weight.
Defensively, reducing significant hit damage or avoiding significant damage is extremely important for most builds. Random damage spikes are a great way to die and can avoid these completely. Resistance is important – you can always get them in gear or idle, but having the option to put them on the Master Passive Tree gives you flexibility. On the other hand, it’s a rather rare stat, since damage reduction is definitely the best way to survive in the game. There are also things that recovery (reach, health regeneration, health/ward hits, etc.) and EHP (ward and/or health) bothersome things and many others. S-Tier Last Epoch Masteries
S-Tier: Boydnight

A-Tia: Falconer

B-Tier: Marksman
Your classic Archer subclass. Arrow’s hail and Heartseeker It’s a popular build. Finally, Summoning Wraith There is a great deal of damage thanks to many critical strike passives from Dread Shade and Wraith. As always, here there is much support for the tree for fire, necrosis, or venom variations, but some have bleeding. And like shades, it can be converted to damage (Death Specter) over time.

The better positioning, the less one taps you get, but that’s still going to happen from time to time. If you don’t mind it, and if you like the idea of combining magic with a brawl, it’s definitely worth a try.
Flame Reave It’s playable, but it’s overwhelming. The basic statistics are strong enough, but the damage cuts in half the distance, the AOE is limited, and the mana cost is quite high. What’s worse, it only hits once per cast. This isn’t a big no compared to Frost Claw’s judgment (and much more total damage) and sentinels, which were hits 20 times per cast.
On top of that, it lacks unique buffs and debuffs, proving that its crowdcontrol nodes are ineffective in practice. Too many nodes require a drawback that is not worth it. It can still take you to the middle of the game (about 500 corruptions), but not as efficient as other skills, unlike those, and will hit a wall.
Enchanted Weapon Strong DPS boost (65% in situations, 15% in permanent) Fire You can ignite immediately on the route. Always a strong damage delivery method. Also, there are unprecedented variations of lightning and fire, which are cooled by colds. Surprisingly, there is no freeze support.
Firebrand It’s similar to Reave, but can reach 300 corruption, but won’t do anything more. Not without all the flaws of Reave, it’s a lot of fun to play – it fires up the beams of enemy attacks up to mid-range, but unfortunately there’s absolutely no damage compared to top skills. Still, if you’re looking for something out of the meta and don’t need the best, this is a good skill.
undulation Provides mobility, damage, tons of critical, debuffs (including stuns), and all kinds of elemental and word support. meanwhile, Smashed strike Critical loves to offer defense and attack in the form of cold debuffs, sorting, knockback, armor, ward and more. Overall, you’ll definitely not have the problem of scaling damage and it doesn’t even require a lot of gearing, but obviously, better gear takes it even more.
When it comes to passive trees, we offer ward support in all forms and are attractive nodes. Walker of Fire Shredded for some mobile fire damage and fire resistance, Mysterious Shield and Aegis crushed Damage reduction and armor (equivalent to 10 points). Apart from them, you will find mana that can be used for resistance, damage, health, and mana. Unfortunately, there is little support for Parry. Certainly it’s a decent tree, but nothing outrageous to help it catch up to the top tier.
D-Tier: Warlock
Warlock The build focuses on damage over time, making gear easier. Mysterious ascending order It’s powerful, but it’s outrageous due to its high mana cost (somewhat offset on the tree), lack of criticality and lack of secondary damage. Still, the tree makes it very versatile and provides access to knockbacks, throws, rushes, auto-casting and more.
above? Black Holethis is a powerful single skill with 600% damage effectiveness and some vacuum utilities. It’s definitely best to use it as a single target, but it can be clearly customized. The tree has more utilities in knockback and blinds, and the option to convert to fire or cold for builds that focus on those elements.
lastly, meteor There are huge base stats (190 Tue + 950% damage effectiveness), but the cost of mana demanding to build around it with stacks of mana and archmage is high, whjch isn’t in a great place.
Passive Trees provide many ward support in all forms, substantial damage buffs, cast speeds, elemental debuffs, leeches, and penetration. Certainly not the entire package, but nothing. Mana Boulevard Node damages Mana before health, which is attractive, but unfortunately this is actually a mechanic that has no effect.
