Metal Gear Solid Publisher Konami is back with a slam. To prove that, I hosted a Livestream Showcase called Konami Press Start Live on June 12th.
The 30-minute live stream features game updates and appearances from Konami’s developers and producers, featuring “the creative mind behind Konami’s most iconic franchise,” and featured the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Silent Hill fand more. This is what was revealed…
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
To what no one was surprised, the snake kicked off the show. Producers Okamura Norioki and Yuji Korekado shared an expansion teaser for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, reminding us that Snake vs. Monkey Minigame is midway on a PC and PS5 player with the Bomberman variant for the Xbox console. And of course, it’s a secret theatre, but I don’t think any of us have forgotten about it.
Boss battles should be very familiar, but you can expect improvements in AI and animation during the encounter. We also secretly learned about DLC packs, including outfits that are “unique to look”! There are also items, weapons and uniforms in the game.
Finally, we introduced the Fox Hunt mode. It is a completely original online multiplayer mode that shares the world with Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. However, it’s not just skin metal gear online. Expect to be a “unique new type of mode” based on the series’ trademark stealth and penetration mechanics. Expect more in the immediate future ahead of the August 28 release.
Darwin’s Paradox
I don’t think any of us expected to meet Darwin today. The first game of ZDT Studio, Darwin’s paradox allows poor Darwin to wake up at an industrial facility, then set off with one goal and return to the sea again.
French developers Mikael Tanguy, Gilles Aujard, and Romuald Capron introduced the game’s plot and core gameplay mechanics, including “many environments, moods, challenges, and gameplay mechanics.” And while he certainly looks cute, Darwin doesn’t run Coast only on his appearance. His natural abilities, such as the arms of the suction cup and ink shooting, have been amplified to create a more “interesting gameplay mechanics and humorous touch.”
efootball

Barcelona’s iconic trio, MSN – Lionel Messi, Neymar JR, and Luis Suarez – featured Efootball for the upcoming season. They may not play together on the Barcelona pitch anymore, but they apparently appear to be united in enthusiasm for couches and Konami’s football sims for online co-ops.
We saw the trio active on Catalonian hay days the same year they beat Juventus in the Champions League final. Efootball is free to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC and mobile devices via Windows and Steam.
Ebaseball MLB Pro Spirit

Next is Konami’s mobile baseball game Pro Spirit. Here you can play with 30 MLB teams and their full lineup of real life. This year, Konami has partnered with some of the sport’s biggest athletes, including La Dodgers and National League MVP Shohai Otani.
But that’s not all. Some of the current star players at MLB “I chose my favorite player so I can play it all in the game.” This year, Baltimore Orioles Adrie Latchman and San Diego Padres Jackson Merrill are participating in the MLB Pro Spirit lineup.
yi-gi-oh!

Charlotte Hornets forward and former Boston Celtics basketball player Grant Dean Williams Huge yi-gi-oh! Fans, playing games and watching anime grow. In an uncontroversial “game recognition game” moment, Williams says he has gone through a lot of challenges, whether he is trying to find new adjustments in a new Exodia deck or defeating a trap-tricks deck. He takes a lot of skill and courage to build a proper deck and become a skilled duelist. That’s our segue to why he’s here.
The South American World Cup qualifiers have already been held, but Central America’s WCQ is set for July 4th-6th, Oceania is set for North America from July 5th-6th and July 11th-13th. European participants can step up from July 25th to 27th.
yu-gi-oh! The card game The Chronicles – Promotional Short Animation Series – is played every month on the official YouTube channel and Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection will be on sale on Nintendo Switch and PC for 20% off via Steam until Sunday, June 15th.
Suicod I&II HD Remaster

Suikoden I&II HD Remaster, Rui Naito and director Tatsuya producers said they have been getting great feedback from players, including those who have stepped into the series for the first time since their release in March. But perhaps more important to us, they also announced that a remaster, including the first and second games of Konami’s prestigious RPG series, is coming to Nintendo Switch 2.
For the Nintendo Switch 2, the resolution and frame rate are tweaked to “match the performance of the console.” You can also expect better quality sound and visuals, double-speed combat capabilities, and auto-battle shortcut buttons to “enhance the gaming experience.”
Suicod Star Leap
But it’s not just the Suikoden flavoured news we heard at the show. Producer Fujishima Shinya introduced us to Suikoden Star Leap, a brand new RPG set in the world of Suikoden, and the first mobile game in the series. Steam is also coming.
A free-to-play star jump takes place a few years before the event in Suikoden I, but it takes place a few years before Suikoden V. The art style of the game “takes inspiration from the 2D pixel character designs that combine 3D backgrounds.” There are no further details at this time, but you can check out more screenshots and wish lists on Steam.
Gradius Origins

Do you remember Gladius? That’s okay, I’m not, but maybe it’s because it’s an old-fashioned space shooter that debuted Waaaaay in 1985. In other words, this year marks the 40th anniversary.
The news is that it’s coming to a whole new generation of gamers courtesy of Gradius Origins. Expect on August 7, 2025 on PC via Steam, PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

surprise! Based on the manga by Hiromashima, author of Fairy Tail and Ravemaster, Eden Zero is finally getting a game adaptation. On July 15th, 2025, the full game will be available on PC via Steam and Windows as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X and S.

Konami has dropped another flavour of Survival Kids, a family-friendly multiplayer adventure. Play cooperatives locally or online and team up with GameChat and Gameshare right away. Available only on Nintendo Switch 2.
Silent Hill f

After numerous games of bright, colorful, family-friendly games, Konami brought us back to Earth with bumps, reminding us of nightmare fuel, which is Silent Hill f. Series producers Okamoto, Okamoto and Silent Hill explained that the series “fuses the essence of Western and Japanese fear,” but that they felt that Japan’s fear had been lost.
“I have begun developing a desire to create a silent hill that embodies the 100% Japanese-style horror,” he added. “If I were to create a quiet hill with Japanese aesthetics, I believed that Japanese and Asian production teams would be ideal,” and that was when he met Neobird.
Neobird producer Albert Lee added, “Many of our team have been longtime fans of Silent Hill and Aoki 07,” and said the focus is on creating games that maintain the “spirit” of the series “in a Japanese atmosphere.” You should also expect the combat system to feel both “fresh and familiar” rather than overly complicated. I’ll find out what they mean on September 25th.
Silent Hill Remake
for a moment I knew that Mandolin had begun – yes, the original 1999 Silent Hill Game Finally Get the remake.
There were no further details – the release window, even the screenshot, I’m not afraid – but we will continue to post you when you reveal more. However, Konami has learned that he is commissioning the Bloober team of Silent Hill 2 remake developers to bring their first game to modern audiences.
I “rethinked” the inauguration game in 2009 with the Wii game Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, but it felt like a very different game, so it would be interesting to see how Bloober adapts Team Silent’s 26-year-old story and modern player combat.
Are you wondering why you got the Silent Hill 2 remake before Silent Hill? That’s because Silent Hill 2 is essentially a standalone game in the series. However, Silent Hill 1 is followed by the sequel Silent Hill 3… I’m hoping to get it next…
