Askiisoft’s free DLC has been waiting for a long time Katana Zerofirst announced in 2019 after the base game sold over 100,000 units. Although they were unable to provide a release date, the developers debuted a new teaser, introducing all sorts of bloody mayhem. Please check below.
Additionally, Askiisoft revealed in the trailer’s explanation that the DLC is “closing to completion in the end.” Zero’s story continues as players learn more about his “dark past” through new levels. Fans are looking forward to new characters, gameplay mechanics, and weapons (including Plasma Blaster).
DLC was initially touted to be half the length of the base game, but appears to have grown on scale over the past few years. Whether it arrives this year or not, it looks like a meaty experience for fans.
Katana Zero Available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It was released last year for iOS and Android. At one point it became the second fastest title for publisher Devolver Digital, selling 500,000 units within a year.
