Frost Crag Spirit It is located in Gnorr Mountain in the Gerol Mountains, east of Bulma.
To find Frostcrag Spire, head to Wildeye Stable Eastern end of Hoar In Kirodille in the north. Head east and you can see the Frostragspire at the top of the mountain.
To get there, start following the road east from Bulma. Turn the fork north and follow it until you see an unmarked path on the right. Basically, you will follow a straight path to the east and head towards the mountains. You’ll come to Gnoll Mountain Fast travel points. From there, follow the east road until you reach it. - Frostcrag Vault Area (1,600 gold base). The final upgrade will add a chest (and a friendly Guardian Imp) to the safe downstairs.
- Magetallow Candle Box (Base 3,300 gold). Magetallow candles are not the upgrade itself, but are necessary to work on the main level with a charming and spell casting altar.
Purchase all the upgrades cost around 14,000 gold. If you’re not worried about where your money comes from, you can always cheate by replicating and selling the item.
Once you’ve finished purchasing all your upgrades, there’s a small jewel box on the bookshelf on the main level of Frostcrag Spire. Inside you will find Penta Magic Loop Ring This increases all magical skills by 5 points.

Frostcrag Spire has three main levels:
Main level It’s where you go. There is a beginner’s alchemy table, a seductive and spell altar, and an altar of Atronach.
Living area It’s on the second floor. There is a large garden of alchemy (which respawns after 1-2 days) and a bed and an apprentice alchemy table will be added.
vault It’s located underground. The upgrade adds plenty of chests and storage containers around the central room. Along the south wall there are some flashy (and powerful) wines and wine racks with gravestones that give them a (temporary) buff when they become active.
