There is a window with the first clue. You need to pump water through Pump room (It has a boiler room) The reservoir is at level 6.
However, first you need to get Level 11 Reservoir So you can move the boat sideways on the stairs.

If you set the reservoir to 6, there is a path through the previous underwater tunnel. It will lead you to Safe House. Inside there is a map of Royal Museum. If you have magnifying glassthere are some handwritten notes that will tell you what you need to do.

How to get a crown in a closed display of Blue Prince
To get security system controls, you must place a closed display at. Foundation. You need a room with an open door next to a closed display None door.

Doing so will find control of your security system. Next to the window where you can view the closed display, there are three buttons.
- Reveal Tripwire – Reveal laser grids in closed displays
- Low wall – Drop the rope around the crown
- Reset alarm system – Turn everything off for 10 seconds
Your job is to hit the buttons in turn (you can skip Tripwire One), then go back to the closed exhibit (hold down the trigger on the left). You only have 10 seconds To do this. If your floor plan works together and you’ll be quick, then you Paper crown Before the security system came back online.
