The best way to complete high tea achievements is to go to the village hall in Wyndham Village Then you should be able to go to the dining room and find all the groceries you need.
The village hall is very easy to reach, with a Union flag marked at its entrance. Once you get there, you’ll enter the dining hall. There you can see several tables lined up together.
