How to activate the Blue Prince boiler room
Before activating the steam station in the boiler room, you need to know what you are working for:
- 3 green steam tanks – There are two green tanks on the lower floor and one green tank on the upper floor. Each tank has a valve on and releases steam from the connecting pipe.
- Rotating red pipe – On the lower floor there are two rotatable red pipes that allow you to redirect steam in different directions.
- Small blue hand lever – There are two small blue hand levers that allow you to control the direction in which the steam flows. One can be found on the lower floor, while the other is located next to the tank on the upper floor.
- Control Panel – On the upper floor there is a control panel in the center of the room. This control panel activates steam power in the boiler chamber and allows steam to be redirected through the duct.
How to activate each green tank
First, first, All three green tanks need to be operated in the boiler room. By rotating the valve, the first green tank at the bottom of the stairs is activated, releasing steam from the connecting pipe.

Next, spin the red pipe so that the steam is directed towards the second tank below. This activates the vertical conveyor belt that was blocking the valve in the second tank, but to turn the valve, it must prevent the conveyor belt from moving at the right time. It is recommended to turn the first green tank on and off until you can turn the valve on the second tank.

Once the second tank is activated, you can turn the blue hand lever on the connecting pipe to the right and follow the pipe into a rotatable red pipe. Turn the red pipe and point it towards the elevator in the corner and activate the button. Take the elevator and get on top to find the next green tank.

Turn the valve on the green tank and turn the small blue hand lever on the connection pipe to the left. At the end of the aisle, turn the lever to the left and lift the door to unlock. Next, take the elevator back downstairs and redirect the steam to the control panel.

To redirect steam to the control panel, you need to rotate the red pipe and a small blue hand lever so that the steam is directed from the tank towards the center of the room. Once the steam has been rerouted, walk up the stairs and along the route to the control panel.

Press Activate the button Turn on the control panel and send steam power from the duct. Under the control panel, slider It can be shifted left and right. This will shift the steam power to the left and right ducts respectively. That is, the power is only sent to the rooms in that direction.
