Don’t burden the open world survival shooter The Grey Zone Wars have finally revealed a list of new weapons coming in patch 0.3called “Winds of War.”
Greyzone Warfare New Weapon List
First, don’t get in the way. After forcing the player to choose range and fire speed (unless you’re lucky with the AK-308), The Grey Zone War adds the first semi-automatic shooter rifle.
The star in patch 0.3 is nothing more than a Dragnov Sniper rifle or SVD for short. This 7.62x54mmr rifle entered Soviet service in 1963 and is one of the most beloved Marksman rifles to this day.
From the same parts, the classic Mosin Nagant bolt action rifle is now available in the Calvin version, removing the ability to mount the PU scope.
After being available for a year on Gunny’s StoreFront, the Glock 17 is locked at a higher level. The replacement is the legendary Beretta M9A1. This is not customizable, but comes with a flashlight under the barrel.
Also Colt Commando will be participating in the handgun lineup.A more compact and modular version of the M1911 pistol chamber with .45 ACP.
There is only one assault rifle with patch 0.3, but it compensates for quality. This update introduces SIG MCXboasts incredible modularity, high speed speed, and introduces .300 blackout ammunition into the game.
In line with real life, .300 Blackout Round is much more expensive than the 5.56x45mm NATO. The developers have confirmed that replacing the barrel allows for later changes to the caliber, but this ability is not present in patch 0.3.
Last but certainly, a third submachine gun has been added to the game, complementing the VZ.61 Sikorpion and H&K MP5.
4.6x30mm chamber, H&K MP7 is sometimes advertised as a “needle gun”however, it provides improved armor penetration across 9x19mm of the MP5 and deals with similar tissue damage due to unstable behavior.
Greyzone Warfare Patch 0.3 War Winds are expected to appear by June 2025, but exact dates are not available.
