Fortnite Fans Rejoice as Nintendo Switch 2 Port Promises Long-Awaited Performance Improvements

Fortnite They have gotten a special Nintendo Switch 2 port that will keep players from winning, and the internet is already celebrating its potential.

Epic Games’ trending battle Royale appeared during today’s Switch 2 direct and confirmed that a new version is in development. Plus, it means they plan to start day and dates on Nintendo’s new hybrid console this June. This means that as soon as you unbox Switch 2 you can check out all the flashy new upgrades (whatever it is).

Fortnite fans have complained that the Switch version of Fortnite has too many technical issues. This prevents you from enjoying the extremely popular free games on one of the most popular consoles of all time. Examples include what you’ll see on rival platforms, glitches that affect gameplay, and other annoying things that are difficult to justify playing time on Nintendo’s original Switch.

There is an epic Moved to improve past performancehowever, many switch owners have found themselves wanting more. And now Switch 2 is here to answer their prayers. With improved specifications including 120fps support and up to 4K resolution when docking, Switch 2 runs strong titles like Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition, Final Fantasy 7: Remake, Cyberpunk 2077 and more. Based on the short time of today’s new Sizzle Reel, fans quickly fell on social media to share their excitement as they already seemed to run well.

Nintendo has already warned that the original Switch version of the Battle Royale Experience could have some issues when running on new hardware, so you should make sure that the Spruced-Up Switch 2 version of Fortnite will be released. Included in the recently published List of known switch titles that suffer from drawbacks when running on switch 2. It’s unclear what these issues are, but as long as you’re playing with the Switch 2 version of Fortnite, I think you’re fine.
