The game has attracted critical acclaim and could be the candidate of the year.
The latest video game that will make waves across the industry is Sandfall Interactive’s Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. This old-fashioned turn-based RPG was critically and commercially impressed.
The latest announcement from the developers confirms that the game is on track, so some gamers may not even be able to buy it.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Discs sold out
If you prefer to physically buy the game, it may be difficult to get a copy of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. The developer today announced that physical editions have been sold out at various retailers.
The tweet stated, “We recognize that we have sold out physical editions at various retailers. Our distribution partners are once again considering storing. We are sorry, but demand is higher than expected in many regions. Stay in touch with your local store for more details.”
This is very impressive as games rarely physically sell out like they did back then. Most gamers have recently opted to buy digitally, but there are still many gamers who prefer discs as part of their own and gaming collections.
There is no clue how many physical copies Kepler Interactive Manufaction will make, but regardless of the number, it doesn’t seem to be enough.
If you have a deadset to get a physical copy, it will probably be refilled soon. Turn-based RPGs (for all games) rarely sell out physical versions, but Expedition 33 definitely deserves it.
If you haven’t played it yet, “The Sandfall Interactive debut title is one of the game’s greatest achievements, offering a good-paced, refined, and unforgettable experience.”
This is not just us. This is the highest rated game of the year and I’m easily taking part in this year’s game.
