Every Faction & How To Join Them

Exploring the world of Cyrodiil Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, You will come across a variety of NPCs and groups that will help you by talking to and helping you with Kvatch heroes.

Some of these groups allow you to join them and raise their ranks. Depending on which faction you are taking part, you can get new items and new quests and add some great content to the game.

Here’s a breakdown of all factions that can be involved in the game, and why you need to join them.

What are sects? Why do you need to join them?

A fact is a variety of guilds and groups that you can join while exploring Cyrodiil. Participating in them is one of the first things you want to do, as you open up new quests and areas. You can also get new items that will help you level up faster.

There are 13 different factions that you can participate in the game. (There are also two: Blackwood Company and Dawn of Mythology, that you can join temporarily.) Here is a list of these factions:

People who cannot join

Here is a list of all non-subscribeable factions in the game. These factions may not be able to combine, but you can increase or decrease your reputation with them. In other words, it’s still useful to know about them.
