VR Indie Giant Stride Game and Publisher Creatures have been announced Adeps Arenathe upcoming first-person adventure will bring you very much Avatar– Inspired earthbending ability to take on an army of ominous automatons.
In single-player games, you can master Earthbending, including the ability to blow flying rocks with enemies, the ability to thrust villains across maps, build protective structures, and summon vaults to places that are otherwise inaccessible.
Through adventure, you fight to protect the spirits of the sacred elements. in Adeps Arena Sandbox-level studios say they will fight in the arena to protect their allies from waves of enemy.
Here’s how the giant Stride describes the action:
You are an earth mastered in order, a soldier tasked with overseeing the vast and distant territory inhabited by the sacred earth spirits and various wild creatures. Order exists to maintain a natural balance and to protect the earth’s spirit from external threats. But the balance is disrupted. Artisans became illegitimate and built an army of automatons animated by spiritual energy and frames of complex clockwork. These structures search for rare materials, actively hunt the spirits of the earth to extract energy, and scrutinize the land.
This game is scheduled to start at the SteamVR headset and quest “SOON”. This also includes flat screen gameplay via the Steam version. According to Giant Stride, in VR it works like a “martial arts simulator” and flat screen gameplay will feel more “like FPS.”
There is no release date yet, but for now it’s only the steam page, but we’ll be looking at the studio’s website for more details about the coming months.
