Sand Dunes: Awakening It’s back online after patch 1.1.0.13 was rolled out.
A patch that attempted to implement “number of backend changes to improve client and server stability” was deployed after the server went offline a few hours ago today.
Players should expect some “minor fixes”. Details are listed below. (If you don’t see the latest patch, Funcom recommends restarting the Steam client.)
This update is that Dune: Awakening is dealing with the influx of new players. Head starters have been visiting Arrakis since June 5th, but Dune: Awakening was released for all players on June 10th. 142,000 simultaneous players of steam: 142,050 to be exact.

- I made some backend changes to improve client and server stability.
- The option to betray Jocasta Cleo on the “Ecology Impact” contract was temporarily removed after reports that players were unable to regain their contract after betraying her.
- The renewed dialogue of the “Planetologist: Advanced: The Search for Kynes” contract reflects a fixed issue that could not be progressed by players who defected from the Atreides faction if they picked it up before exile.
Correction
- Fixed an issue where players could not change the guild description, subfive console name, or base blueprint.
- Fixed an issue where “Limited CPU Usage” graphics prescriptions were not applied to all quality presets.
