One thing I accidentally enjoy at JRPGS is when I have my boss come to visit or face areas that are more absurd than my party at that point in the main campaign.
The game is like giving plausible excuses to justify our backtracking.
Golgra, Gestral Chieftain is a secret boss battle unlocked at the beginning of clear clear nabure: Expedition 33. However, her challenge is inhuman at that stage of the game, so the community sees her as one of the bosses of Endgame.
This guide shows you an optimized strategy for defeating Golgra clear clear nabure: expedition 33along with picts and skills that are perfect for each character. Of course, at Endgame.
We face Golgra in three different examples, but this guide will focus on her options battle at Guest Lall Village, the most challenging one.
Golgra preparation
The biggest difference between Golgra and the other Endgame bosses clear clear nabure: expedition 33 That one We fight her in a duelmeaning each character faces a Gestral chieftain in a 1v1 battle.
So there are two variables to consider here: It’s the individual level of each party member and how much they invested. For most party members, this is not an issue. However, if you’re not actively hunting skills with monoco during your playthrough, there’s bad news for your foot lover.
Despite the fact that each party member has its own mechanisms and capabilities, Preparation to face Golgra is almost the same. It’s because of some picts that benefit the solo battle.
The best pics against Golgra
Unlike the other boss fight guides here, we don’t fight as a party, so this doesn’t have the best party composition. That’s why I dedicate the section to explain the solo fights, their profits, and which pix is best to find them.
There are five picts that you need to grab and learn by grabbing their Lumina to make the battle with Golgra easier. Fortunately, They are all located in hidden guestral arenasalso serves as a warm-up for duels.
As soon as you leave the flying water, you will have access to the hidden Gestral Arena. Using a world map as a reference, walk all the west, ignore Abbest Cave, and approach the yellowish vegetation, you will find the arena entrance.
The arena has five challengers. From start to finish, they become increasingly challenging. Still, beating each will reward you with Picto, which gives you the advantage in a solo battle.
Best Pict and Lumina in Solofight clear clear nabure: expedition 33 teeth:
as you can see, All of these pict effects are useful for solo fights. Your character deals more damage, gets faster, faster, and all attacks become important. This is a big boost. Still, it’s not enough to face her in the early matches, young Padawan.
My suggestion is to fight her at the endgame during act three, mainly for picts like painted forces. We also recommend defeating bosses like Spong to get the best pict in the game. If you’re feeling it, kick Serpenfare’s ass to get it.
These two picts give a great edge against Golgras and can heal twice per turn, or even while maintaining a solid AP reserve. Also, don’t forget. However, it must already be used since the end of Act 2.
The best skill
Here I list the skills I mainly used with each character, explaining why I considered them the best and my winning strategies. The truth is said, I focused only on those that dealt the best possible damage.
If things went south, I used a healthy shade to recover my AP, using myself or energy shades, rather than using basic attacks. If the energy tint is upgraded, the damage dealing with normal attacks is hilarious compared to AP gain.

After one turn, deal with physical damage from an extreme single target. 13 hits. It was interrupted if damage occurred. S rank: Increased damage. |

It deals very high single target light damage. 1 hit. It may break. Ranked for breaks. Rank B: Cost 5 AP. |
There are not many secrets on the back. A scammer, You can set up a steel strike on one turn and run it on the next turndeals a lot of damage. Once Golgra’s break damage starts to increase, use the perfect break to stun her and push the perfect rank to S
It sounds simple, but that’s true. I killed her in one turn without seeing her in Rage mode. But if you can’t pull it off, it’s when the perfect break comes. In addition to dealing with devastating damage, getting extra turns against her while she is surprised will help seal the victory.

Reduce self-health to 1, but replenish all APs. Switch to posture. |
|
Change your stance: Stanceless. Handles extreme single target void damage. 1 hit. Remove the self-shield and apply self-defenselessly. |
My strategy with Maelle is the same as usual. clear clear nabure: expedition 33. It’s boiling down Cast your last chance on one turn and cast Stendahl on the next turn.
I know Stendahl was hit with a big NERF in one of the RPG updates, but it’s still very powerful. Using this combo, I was able to flatten Golgra with just one attack. Now you may need to run this combo twice.
Rune

---|---|
Handles low target ice, fire, lightning and earth damage. 4 hits. Critical hits produce the corresponding stain. |
|
Deals extreme damage to all enemies. 8 hits. Each hit deals damage with a random element. Can only be cast on fire, ice, lightning, and earth stains. |
|
It consumes all the dirt and causes high elemental damage to the target. If four pieces of dirt are consumed it can break. |
For a long time I used Lune as party support. What a mistake. The combo between Elemental Trick and Elemental Genesis is one of the most powerful offensive moves in the entire game.
The catch is that for it to work, it requires a rune built around a critical. However, this is a solo battle and the final stand is important, so every attack has a critical rate of 100%. So, using the element trick will produce four stains, one for each element.
This allows the elemental genesis to be released, requiring one stain for each primary element. To break Golgra as much as possible, equip runes with mayhem.

Handles medium single target dark damage. Two hits. Apply a mark to the target. Apply three Foretells. |
|
Handles extreme single target dark damage. 4 hits. During Twilight, the Twilight lasts 1 turn. Consumes all Foretell to deal additional damage. |
|
Handle extreme single target dark damage and apply from 10. 1 hit. It may break. |
Sciel felt that none of her attacks would do any powerful initial burst damage, so it was the one I struggled most. She has to build a former FORETELL, sometimes buffs, enter Twilight, then start wreaking havoc. But by the time I reached that stage, Golgra had already kicked my face with her capoeira skills.
That’s what my strategy with Sciel was. Apply Foretell slowly with the marking card, Along with the bonus mark, While enhancing the solar charging. Next, I nailed the Twilight Dance and dealt damage, then entered Twilight mode.
While in Twilight, I continued to spam marking cards until I stacked 20 front paws on Golgra. Twilight then dances again, refreshing Twilight, spending all the harbingers on massive damage. Bring the final pass in if you need to break Golgra or if you’re using AP surplus.
Monoco

Handles low single target dark damage. 1 hit. It may break. Agile Mask: Fills 20% of the target breakbar. |
|
Deals high ice damage to all enemies. Three hits. Applies to the target 3 turns late. Balanced mask: Increased damage. |
|
Deals extreme ineffective damage to random targets. Three hits. More damage is required when the same target hits multiple times. Caster mask: Increased damage |
|
Handles physical damage from an extreme single target. 4 hits. It may break. Almighty Mask: Increased Damage. |
There are two moments in Guestrall Village, where Monoco is facing Golgra. One of them happens when you set him as leader, talk to her and encourage a fight. This fight is much easier than usual, but there is a lack of reward.
If you want to acquire a brand new weapon for the friendly Gestral, you need to provoke her into a duel and choose Monoco as your challenger. That’s when the difficulty level rises sharply.
The problem with Monoco is, as I mentioned, if you didn’t ignore him and search for his skills, the fight might already be tougher than that. Monoco also has several builds, so I’ll focus on what I used to win. Still, it was the toughest battle.
My focus in Monoco was skills like Lamasser Bond and Chevaliere Ice, destroying Golgras while robbing her. Every time she was late, I was able to attack her like four times. The goal of breaking her is to make the most of her passive. You can cast Creation void while you are on the caster mask.
With Urnaro, Monoco will automatically enter the omnipotent mask after the enemy is broken. This means you can use skills such as Duallist Storm in your spare time for maximum damage. The effect of Urnaro’s level 20 also increases destructive damage by 50%, further increasing this strategy.
I always recommend using the skill of pointing the veterinarian wheel towards the omnipotent mask, It has spam skills that replenish Monoco’s AP with tints and attacks and benefit from this mask. Rinse, repeat, pray, victory will come.
Breakdown of Golgra Attack
Like other guestrals, Golgra uses hand-to-hand combat to wipe the floor with his body. But this isn’t the case. Because you are ready to follow my guide.
But it may take several attempts before you get the timing of her attack. Her patterns are unstable, and animations are often misleading and come to think of them as one move when they are actually different.
Like many Endgame bosses, once they get used to her move set, Golgra uses the energy of some Super Saiyans to enter the second phase. She adds extra hits to the combo, and the speed at which she performs them is even tricked by what’s forged in endless death cycles of ax.
First phase
In the first phase, Golgra uses several fast combos, including a gradient attack where Parry’s windows are relatively short. Still, her move set is somewhat easy to learn.
Pay attention to her phrase indicators, not her animation Because many attacks are similar and can abandon you. Knowing what to expect makes it easier to fight back.
In addition to giving one AP per hit, plus countering huge damage, I always recommend Parrying. Still, I avoid it until I learn the timing of each movement before switching to Parry.

Groga performs a 4-hit kick combo. The first two kicks take her into the air, where she gives her a double kick before finishing in Round House 1. |

“Golgra attacks quickly.” |
Oddly, this is the slowest attack in her arsenal, despite the indicators. It’s a 3-hit combo. First, an air kick, then a somersault and diving. |
Dodge or Parry |
All of these are attacks from the first phase. Defeating 50% of Golgra’s HP will make her angryher hair leaps out of her ponytail, painful and her body explodes into flames. I don’t think it’s ideal for people who are made of wood.
Phase 2
In the second phase, Golgra uses most of the same attacks, but adds hits. They will also do more damage, and perhaps she will be faster. That means more turns for her.
They maintain the same offensive focus and continue to dodge or receive attacks. I recommend Parrying only if you need to build an AP Because they’re all multi-hit strikes, the chances of nailing the counter are slim and not worth the risk.

How to defeat Golgra
In hindsight, the biggest challenge when faced with Golgra is to slow down the timing of her volatile combo. I know it sounds obvious, as you can learn the movement of the enemy Expedition 33 Make the fight easier, but with her Evacuation is difficult even after learning her combo.
That’s why all of my suggestions were focused on keeping your attacks at max. As Wolverine says, the best defense is a good offense, and a dead Golgra can’t throw crazy combos at you.
As mentioned in the best skills in each character section, Your only goal here is to hit as fast as possible and as hard as possible. Because in a solo battle, the only hint is survival.
Bring all the solo picts and, if possible, endgame picts like cheats and energy masters. It is also possible to kill damage-focused builds and kills before she turns.
If you’re struggling to dodge her attacks, bring Pictos like the Base Shield, even with additional defence layers and media resolutions. The side effect of Lumina cutting my Max’s health in half was not important, as all of Golgra’s attacks were a one-hit KO for my character.
Strategy, dexterity and a little lucky, defeat Golgra immediately. And steal the throne of Emperor Gestal for yourself. Don’t forget to bring your Sakapateto outfit with you, a suitable haircut.
Reward
Every victory over Golgra can earn you experience (before the patch on the first day), and sometimes again, always make up the material. Each character who wins the duel will acquire weapons or level up if they already own them.
Before the patch on the first day, I used Golgra as a personal punching bag to crush the character to level 99 because the XP gain was insane. However, Sandfall Interactive dropped the patch and seized profits.
Still, it’s worth fighting her to create materials and obtain or upgrade one weapon for each member.
