Microsoft has announced Wave 1, the Xbox Game Pass lineup for June 2025. This casts the shadows of gates 1 and 2 of Baldur.
Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Editions (Cloud and Console) will be available on June 5th as Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Standard, as detailed on Xbox Wire. It’s the perfect timing for anyone wondering how the series started, closing out Baldur’s Gate 3. Oddly, neither game is found on the PC Game Pass.
June 10th, and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X | s) hits Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This is a reworking of the first Space Marine game, accompanied by improved quality of life and graphics. Again, it’s timed right for those who want to play the great Space Marine 2 and experience the events leading up to that game.
June 11th, you will see two very different game passes: Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, Game Pass Standard Barbie Project Friendship (Cloud, Console, and PC). Kingdom: Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass Two Crowns (PCs).
Once the football season is over, the EA Sports FC 25 (Cloud, Console, PC) will be released via EA Play with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. EA usually places its latest soccer games in the game pass at this time of year ahead of the announcement of the next game in the series.
Alters (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | S) will be available as one day title on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on June 13th. This is a sci-fi survival game where you play as Jan, get left behind on a hostile planet and create an alternative version of yourself.
Remedy’s FBC: Firebreak (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | S) is another day work title that was released on June 17th with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This is a collaborative first-person shooter within the Control Universe, and a rare multiplayer effort from the makers of Alan Wake and Mac Spain.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It It It It It It It’s Are Bits Time (Console and PC) Hits Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard bet bed This will take a long time as Microsoft has been supplying Activision Games with drip to Game Pass since its $69 billion acquisition.
Also, it will be randomly lost on June 17th: The Eternal Die (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | s) is one title per day on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This blends the Risk Reward Dice Mechanic into dynamic real-time action, tactical combat and battles.

The Game Pass announcement will be held a few days away from Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase set at 10am on Sunday, June 8th. Microsoft likes to announce game passes at its summer showcases, so it’s probably going to inflate the lineup even further.
As always, many games are set to leave the game pass this month. You can save up to 20% by purchasing these games before you buy them and before storing them in your library.
