Dune: Awakening console version will not be available until next year
In a statement sent to IGN, Funcom confirmed that Dune: Awakening for Consoles will not be available until “sometimes in 2026.” That’s about it. There is no explanation why console releases are taking so long or whether we should expect them in the early 2026, the second quarter, or elsewhere. Given the uncertainty, don’t expect the console to be released anytime soon in 2026, six months. Given that the studio is unable to even check the release window, there is no chance that it will be released in January 2026.
