Sevo Racing Asset It launched early access earlier this year and offered a PC VR mode that was not hit accurately due to a very questionable overall optimization. Currently, developer Kunos Simulazioni is releasing a 0.2 update for the game. This also includes the required VR performance tweaks.
0.2 just dropped Assets RacingEVO, Maserati GT2, Lotus Exige V6 Cup, Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA, Alfa Romeo 75 Turbo Boluzione, Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6, Mazda MX-5, Honda NSX-R. There are also two new tracks: Circuit of the Americas (Cota) and Donington Park.
Overall, the game boasts both single-player “open mode” as a way to access all game cars without restrictions, and as a single-player “career mode” that offers a game economy and progression mechanics.
The 0.2 update also marks what Studio calls “Step 2” of VR support. more Can be played on PC VR headsets. Graphic updates for VR users include:
- VR TV Camera Set
- Mirror capture mode is now “dynamic” by default in VR
- Changing the Runtime for Video Settings
- Enhanced Reflection
- DLSS added
- New Grass Types (Global)
- Fixed black glitches on Horizon
- Idle Screensaver Sequence Disabled in VR
Furthermore, the 0.2 patch notes keep that “switching to VR or triple screen mode no longer disables DLSS,” so moving from flat screen to VR is a bit unfair.

PC VR Sevo Racing Asset Racers need serious rigs to run the game. At least in terms of performance, things seem to be moving in the right direction. See the comparison of the graphics above. This is courtesy of the previous 0.16 version and the latest 0.2 build, “hypevr TV”.
Kunos Simulazioni shows the game will receive six early access updates before the start of the 1.0 release, which will be released in Fall 2025. This says they hope that these updates will be worth an additional $32 price tag.
