Following the immeasurable success of Shadow of the assassin’s beliefsUbisoft has released its first year roadmap for Open-World Action RPGs and has outlined upcoming content by June. Early May begins with a new story quest called “Lewis Frois’ Works,” which updates the codex and improves quality of life.
Later in the month, players can look forward to new parkour moves like the back and sides that gain height, and new jumps to grab vertical edges like the awning. Photo mode also receives new filters, character poses, and expressions.
June adds a second free story quest and a new alliance in the league. We’ll also introduce new options for difficulty and gameplay immersion (e.g., turning off outlines in stealth sections). If that’s not enough, Castle Alarm System will be added to the open world.
As for the future, Ubisoft will add new Game Plus, collaborations, animus content, new story drops and more. Awaji nails The release date is still pending, but expansions have also occurred later this year. Of course, the in-game store will also receive new content.
