As Ubisoft promised in the roadmap revealed last month, Assassin’s Creed Shadows is getting a major update by the end of the month in May. May 27th, tomorrow on all platforms.
AC Shadows players not only see new features and bug fixes, but also collaborate with other game franchises. Yes, there are several that surprised me.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Title Update 1.0.5 will be available on May 27th, bringing you Dead By Daylight Crossover
The major new additions are crossover content with Behavior Interactive’s Dead by Daylight Multiplayer Horror Franchise. This event brings new free quests that players can access from their hideout as they unleash Yasuke as a playable character. For those who complete the event, you will be rewarded with free trinkets and banners.
Players can also personalize two main characters in a daytime themed cosmetic bundle in the store, where costumes, weapons, trinkets and more are available in total.
Dead by Daylight is not the only game where AC Shadows intersect. Indie hit Balatro will now enter the game. New trinkets have been added for NACE, and Yasuke’s amulet is called “Winning Hand,” inspired by the card game Balatro. Legendary perks give players the opportunity to trigger a random distress effect on the combo ender.
With Ubisoft also adding new Parkour improvements, the collaboration content isn’t just new.
