The story follows a hostile alien creature capable of shapeshifting, then transforms into one of the members of the crew. Determining who is human is almost impossible and undoubtedly leads to tragedy. However, Supermassive has introduced a new mechanic called Turning Point. It essentially allows you to go back and change your decision, resulting in different outcomes.
This is ideal for collecting collectibles, and like the developer’s previous titles, there are many branch paths and endings. You can track all your selections and paths, but if you’re keen to commit to your decision, switch to survival mode, which turns off the turning point. However, the results of your decision can still be viewed.
