I couldn’t collect all the cards in the Celestial Guardians expansion in Pokemon TCG Pocket, but did that fall literally three weeks ago? unfortunate. Here’s another extension. It is called an out-of-dimensional crisis, and was released on May 29th and features an eccentric look of Ultra Beasts and a creepy chimera Pokemon type: null.
Out-of-dimensional crisis includes Ultra Beasts. Ultra Beast is a strange alien-looking man who stands out in Pokemon Sun and the Moon as invaders from another dimension. Verified cards include Buzzwole Ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego and Guzzlord Ex. You also get more Alora Pokemon to add to what was introduced to the Heavenly Guardian, and type: null (this probably means its evolution).
The new expansion also means new cosmetics, with Ultra Beast-themed binder covers available in exchange for shop tickets starting May 29th, and flower display boards available for purchase with event tickets for the WonderPick event starting June 11th.
Pokemon TCG Pocket has been dropping expansions with healthy clips since its launch last year. The out-of-dimensional crisis is technically an extension of the minor booster (not two or three, but only one booster pack type), but it’s still approaching the expansion. The out-of-dimensional crisis, alongside the mythical island, the Victory Light and the Shining Revley, is the seventh expansion total and the fourth small expansion. For now, the expansion has not been deprecated and everything is available in the game…for now.
