Naughty Dog has already announced that they are working on The Heretic Prophet, the intergalactic prophet, but the studio has more than cooking in the oven.
Studio boss Neil Druckman has confirmed other projects in a new video interview about the ongoing HBO The Last of Us season 2 TV series.
Naughty Dog has multiple projects in development
In a video chat on YouTube Channel Press X, we confirmed that Druckamnn is working on another game outside of the galaxy.
Druckman said, “There’s another game I’m working on with Naughty Dog, where I’m in the role of producer. I’ll coach this other team, give feedback, and become like an executive in the room.”
Unfortunately, that’s all I get from Druckman about this. This game could be the last us part 3 (very unlikely) at the new Jak*Daxter game, or even the whole new IP, perhaps even the new Jak*Daxter game. Even if the details surrounding this game are mystery, it’s enough to excite PlayStation fans, considering how badly the Naughty Dog game is usually.
When it comes to the final part 3, it’s not even certain that it will happen. Druckmann was Cagey when asked about chapter 3 of the bestselling series.
For now, the studio’s focus is on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. This is a sci-fi action game that’s off the comfort zone of a naughty dog. It won’t be released next year, but it’s already available for play. Druckman says it’s “incredible.”
Druckmann is also focused on completing season 2 of HBO’s The Last of Us TV series, co-running for Craig Mazin. The hit TV shows continue to the game, but there are slight variations in the story. The penultimate episode, “The Price,” was aired. Yesterday and the final episode of the season is scheduled to air on May 25th.
Don’t expect the TV show to pass what was told in the game franchise, as we are careful not to follow in the footsteps of Game of Thrones even without the third game.
