As you probably are now, I was a bit skeptical of how good the recipes from Pac-Man-themed cookbooks are, but authors Lisa Kingsley and Jennifer Peterson – Wait – I cooked it. The 160-page hardcover book features over 60 delicious recipes that can be easily made in the comfort of your own home. This is the perfect companion for hosting a gaming night or hosting video game themed watch parties of the industry’s biggest event.
This latest cookbook may seem a little weird, but in fact Many A video game cookbook already there. In fact, it’s amazing how long it took Pac-Man to take part in the action.

It’s packed with recipes ranging from healthy quick bites to perfect meals for your family. Each recipe comes with easy-to-understand instructions and clear, full-color photographs to show off the finished product. As you can imagine, many of them are fun and creative nods to Pac-Man’s long history. You can even make pepperoni pizza in the iconic form of Pac-Man, turn linky into hearty tomato soup, whip sweet cherry pocket pie, and make creepyly accurate ghost cake pops. Personally, the smash burger recipe has caught my eye. PAC-MAN: The official cookbook now improves your cooking skills for just $30 and try something new in the kitchen.
In other Pac-Man-related news, the next entry in Yellow Blob’s video game library is Shadow Labyrinth. This strangely tackles both the Metroidvania genre and traditional Pac-Man mechanics, based on a secret-level episode titled Circle. We gave the level of secrets to 5 overall, and in our review, we stated that “(w) the questionable selection of source materials and the obscure style of animation, the level of secrets is struggling to find a satisfying story of a short anthology.”
