Games listed below Departs on May 20thwhich means that there’s almost a month to download and play as much as possible. Don’t say we don’t want you.

PlayStation Plus Games will be leaving service by May 2025

PlayStation Plus (1)

A total of 23 titles have been removed from the PS Plus Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium Lot (via Push Square), and includes the PS3 classics, some big games, and at least even a great indie game that you need to try.

  • Grand Theft Auto V (PS5, PS4)

  • Motomp24 (PS5, PS4)

  • Sims 4: Island Living (PS4)

  • Resistance: Fall of Man (PS3) – PS Plus Premium

  • Resistance 2 (PS3) – PS Plus Premium

  • Walkabout Mini Golf (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • Synth Rider (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • Ghostbusters: The Rise of Ghost Road (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • In front of you (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • Walking Dead: Saints & Thinner (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • The Walking Dead: Saints and the Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution (PSVR2) – PS Plus Premium

  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 (PS4)

  • Strand: Alienne (PS5, PS4)

  • Regumo-Bee 2 Video Game (PS5)

  • Ghostrunner (PS5, PS4)

  • Payday 2: Crimewave Edition (PS4)

  • Bloodstained: Night Ritual (PS4)

  • Journey to the Savage Planet (PS5, PS4)

  • Portal Knights (PS4)

  • Please enter Gungeon (PS4)

  • Batman: Arkham Knight (PS4)

  • Notorious: Second Son (PS4)

Sony shuffles games inside and outside the PlayStation Plus service, but it usually doesn’t have a mountain like this. Even first-party games like Resistance have been removed, but this seems like a strange move. Even if your PS Plus subscription is active, you will not be able to complete them unless you purchase individual copies the moment these games are deleted.

Of course, there are some good news along with this news. Hopefully, if Sony removes these games, a wave of new titles will be added. Hopefully it will be a list that gives gamers plenty of entertainment options. If that appears, we’ll let readers know.
