There is definitely a joy to grasp all the puzzles yourself, but there are times when you can do more fun by cheating a little and looking into solutions. Blue Prince It’s not the type of game that can be ruined by reading a guide or two. Most of the time, you just ruin the logic of the puzzle: the order of operation or what to look for. For example, mathematics puzzles change every day. You can’t write down the answers in the list. No matter what each color means, you will need to solve the equation itself yourself.
The other puzzles are not randomized, but I rely on knowing what to look for before I realize there are puzzles to solve. Reading a sufficient guide to understand what is involved is a great way to push through periods where you seem to be unable to make progress. It also helps you understand how the game is structured when you’re just starting out. Over the course of 30 days, I noticed patterns in each room, climbed Google to see if I was on the right track, and saw lots of results on that particular thing. Instead of further research, I know it and continue playing something I’ll do it later (and it did).

In rare times when things are lined up and desperate to make some progress, you can peek through your guides and ask your friends to show you what to do. Some people have discovered something new for over 100 hours of the game. Not every puzzle makes sense for every brain, and sometimes you need to tweak a little in the right direction.
