You need to do so to unlock Mizunne Hunter Rank 21 Or you beat the game’s main story campaign and reached a high rank. Once you reach that rank, head to the scar-colored forest and talk to the Fisher Kanya. You can find her at her usual location by the pond of the base camp in the scar-colored forest.

Once she’s finished, the game will start automatically “The Spirit in the Moonlight” Quest. From there you can chase Kanya and she will take you directly to Miztune and you can fight it. After you beat it, Miztune will become available as a monster you can then fight.
