Since the announcement of the upcoming DLC for P, Overture’s Lies, fans have been speculating about the mysteries it contains. And at last week’s Game Developers Conference, Passthecontroller learned at least one mystery it doesn’t explain. This is a back wild twist of the final cutscene of the base game.
For those who haven’t finished P’s lies yet, here’s the spoiler-free version: There is a cutscene that plays at the end of the game, which appears to suggest that Neowiz could be lying to the P universe next. It was a rather wild twist on the scene, and fans have guessed how it would be implemented and whether the DLC would give an explanation. However, P Director Jiwon Choi’s lie confirmed that this cutscene is not DLC-related. All he says beyond that was “look forward to future additional announcements.”
Neowiz has already announced a full-scale sequel to P’s Lies. This means that this cutscene may be related to it instead. But I don’t really know any details about P2’s lies either. It’s just that we’re working on it. And Choi didn’t even share any sequel tips in his chat with him.
“What I can certainly tell you is that when we share such news, media and assets with you, we know that we are ready to present it to you, and it has a very strict focus on all the pressures we have spoken about in the past.

The scene we are referring to is what we asked Choi. Of course, it’s Dorothy’s scene. we I wrote about this in detailBut the short version is that the game’s final cutscene depicts a paracelcus that tells someone on the phone. In the end he “certainly finds her. Another key to us: Dorothy.” Next, we show Dorothy’s unmistakable striped sock legs and ruby slippers from Wizard of Oz. But we still don’t know how or why, and now we also know that it’s not in the overture.
The spoilers end here.
We were able to gather some tips on what Intention It will be a DLC. Choi recommends that P Fan Lies need to play the base game while hoping for an overture.
“When you play the base game again, you’ll see a lot of tips scattered throughout the experience,” Choi said. “There are a lot of tips and a lot of windows into the world. You can actually see it and experience it with the expansion. There are a lot of things you actually want to achieve when you’re working on the base game. It wasn’t put into the base game.

He added that some fans have already worked on Neowiz’s tricks and that he regularly reads fan theory online, saying, “Some of them are very close.”
I also learned a few other information. Choi says that DLC should take around 15-20 hours to complete “for experienced players” and will be available to players once they pass the “specific” chapter of the game and are accessible to the end. And we I know from the game announcement DLC is technically a “first part” and the main characters are transported to Krat in time just before the fall. The DLC features new locations, new enemies and bosses, new characters, new weapons, but once again, Choi was keen to keep these details in a surprise for release.
