Today’s FLAT2VR Studio showed off fresh gameplay footage of RoboQuest VRPort of the fast-paced logelite shooter in the future.
Like the original flat screen RoboQuest (2023) Flat2VR has also been confirmed from Ryseup Studios RoboQuest VR Similarly, it features a two-player cooperative in addition to the single-player campaign.
Set in a vibrant world of cel shades, Roboquest Players throw them into procedurally generated levels filled with hordes of robot enemies. Players take on the role of Guardian, a combat robot fighting human companions, in an apocalyptic future after AI takes over.
This means many weapon upgrades, villains and bosses head to VR courtesy of flat screen hits.
In Target Quest, PSVR 2, and PC VR, the studio has not tilted its hands on a specific release date, beyond the announced “Autumn 2025” launch window.
In the meantime, you can add the game to your wish list on Steam. This game is listed as a separate game rather than as “VR mode”.
