Mighty Coconut has just released a new course Walk About Mini Golf (2020)put your way around the house of the gods: Mount Olympus.
As the game’s latest paid DLC, Mount Olympus Map brings two 18-hole courses (one is easy, one is difficult) intertwined around a classic Greek temple. As always, there are unlockable putters, new collections of hunt-themed Lost Balls, and several themed cosmetics.
It’s more than just a toga or, rather, a fun Greco-Roman hairstyle. Emma Mercado, a senior 3D artist at Mighty Coconut, says that the game “takes a more traditional approach” when he imagines a venerable realm and gives each of his temples a bit to emphasize legendary lore and mythology.
In an interview with Meta, Mercado states that the team created props from stories about each god, from events between Ares and Aphrodite, as well as the reaction of her jealous husband Hefastus, as he became a cock for the failure as Ares’ bedroom guard, or from the reaction of how Arachne keeps holding Athena’s looms after bearing Athena’s looms. We also get Demeter’s sense of sadness over losing his daughter Persephone to Hades.
There is Mount Olympus DLC Walk About Mini Golf The tallest, largest and most dense course ever on all supported platforms.
For a price of $4, you can buy it now on the Horizon Store for quests. PlayStation Store on PSVR2, Steam for PC VR headsets, Pico Store on Pico Headets, App Store for iOS-Supported Pocket Edition (Flat screen gameplay).
